Responsibilities
- Define the long-term strategy and reference architectures for enterprise agentic AI deployments, including multi-agent intelligence, Model Context Protocol, inter-agent communication, and AI orchestration.
- Lead the Agent Builder expert team and build a high-performing organization capable of delivering enterprise-ready, production-grade agentic systems.
- Standardize the Agentic Development Life Cycle across engagements and oversee project delivery and scalable production deployments.
- Evangelize Salesforce’s agentic architecture vision with internal stakeholders, strategic customers, industry partners, and ecosystem developers.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Security, and Legal leadership to shape Agentic AI strategy, execution, governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise-grade applications or enterprise AI systems, including 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and technical and non-technical audiences on complex roadmaps.
- Expertise implementing AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases for enterprise data grounding.
- Expert-level knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of foundational and frontier LLMs, their capabilities and use cases, and the enterprise AI tooling ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, data-driven decisioning, and autonomous action design in enterprise ecosystems.
- Ability to remain technically credible while thinking strategically with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Experience architecting data or integration solutions using MuleSoft, Einstein GenAI Agentforce, or a similar platform is preferred.
- Industry thought leadership, experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-scaling or global enterprises, and a record of production-ready deployments in secure, regulated environments are preferred.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time as needed to customer sites.
