Base Salary
$156k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and pain points with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Design and rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions, including proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and liaise between non-technical users and engineering teams.
- Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Document AI-driven processes and train and support business users during adoption.
- Drive adoption and sustainability of reference solutions across business contexts.
- Mentor and develop future AI practitioners.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role such as software engineering, data science, or machine learning engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, natural language processing, and data modeling.
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, analytical problem-solving approach and a record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Prior forward deployed, consulting, or client-facing technical experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and associated AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML is preferred.
- Familiarity with data engineering principles, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and large datasets is preferred.
- Knowledge of payments, finance, or operations in financial services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
