Base Salary
$250k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to debug issues and unblock them.
- Investigate complex problems across multiple layers including APIs and infrastructure.
- Translate complex technical issues into clear explanations and actionable solutions.
- Design support workflows, tools, and processes using AI tools.
- Identify patterns in customer issues to drive product improvements.
- Create internal tooling to accelerate debugging and investigation.
- Help grow the support function globally to ensure comprehensive coverage.
