Base Salary

$250k - $275k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to debug issues and unblock them.
  • Investigate complex problems across multiple layers including APIs and infrastructure.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear explanations and actionable solutions.
  • Design support workflows, tools, and processes using AI tools.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues to drive product improvements.
  • Create internal tooling to accelerate debugging and investigation.
  • Help grow the support function globally to ensure comprehensive coverage.
