Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions for transportation management systems.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Design and implement integrations connecting enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance in large-scale environments.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management and experience implementing custom software solutions in transportation management systems.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and produce technical specifications.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integration techniques and tools.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in large-scale environments.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
