Base Salary
$280k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of major platform and product systems.
- Architect scalable infrastructure for financial data processing and analytics.
- Build systems that ingest and process financial data from multiple sources.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for document ingestion and financial automation.
- Partner with product and leadership to shape technical strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong systems design and architecture experience.
- Proven ability to build and scale complex production systems.
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate real-world workflows into software.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered systems is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines or analytics infrastructure is a plus.
- Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Interest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles is a plus.
- CS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
