Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational experiences with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents.
- Build topics, actions, workflows, variables, plugins, custom extensions, connectors, and integration frameworks.
- Architect Copilot-powered solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Azure services.
- Integrate solutions with API Management, external systems, enterprise data sources, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Implement human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation paths, fallback logic, and advanced conversation orchestration.
- Optimize bot performance using analytics, telemetry, usage data, and conversational metrics.
- Gather requirements and conduct solution workshops with clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of total work experience is required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents is required.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Logic Apps.
- Strong understanding of LLM-driven bots, prompt engineering, generative AI features, and custom plugin design.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to design scalable and secure Copilot solutions using center of excellence best practices.
- Experience with ALM, Git integration, environment management, and Power Platform solution deployment.
- Strong communication and client-facing experience for requirements gathering and solution workshops.
