$110k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Create automated workflows, approvals, and business process automations.
- Build conversational AI copilots, virtual assistants, and custom copilots.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Outlook, and external APIs.
- Gather business requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production Power Platform applications and workflows.
- Manage solution deployment, application lifecycle management, governance, security, licensing, and environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Hands-on experience developing conversational AI solutions, virtual assistants, and custom copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, data modeling, security roles, data integration, governance, licensing, and best practices.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and external APIs.
- Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting production Power Platform applications and workflows.
- Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and environment management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, connectors, and integration technologies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft PL-400 or PL-200 certification, experience with AI Builder, Generative AI, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and enterprise integration solutions, and exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
