Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, reusable software components with emphasis on performance and reliability.
- Translate product requirements into well-architected solutions and own features from design through delivery.
- Build intuitive, extensible user experiences with modern front-end frameworks.
- Develop new products and features and enhance existing product capabilities.
- Integrate automated testing into development workflows and create functional, regression, integration, and performance test strategies.
- Participate in design and code reviews, troubleshoot complex systems, optimize performance, and promote engineering quality and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG and integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including dataset validation, model prediction validation, and inference consistency.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.
- Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
