Responsibilities
- Build production-ready agentic AI applications using tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, and red-team scenarios.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI applications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java; C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and Bash are nice to have.
- Experience with AI frameworks, vector databases, test frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
