Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable, reusable, and future-proof full-stack solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce front-end and back-end customizations using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement AgentForce or equivalent agentic frameworks to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using authentication patterns such as OAuth.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AWS-based services using secure integration methods including API Gateway and IAM roles.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Apply AI-assisted tools such as Copilot and Codex to improve workflows, automation, and productivity.
- Monitor and improve application performance, security, reliability, and operational effectiveness in collaboration with reliability engineers.
- Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects, product stakeholders, and other teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders and uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience at scale with strong Salesforce and agentic-framework experience.
- Advanced experience with AgentForce, Data Cloud, Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable process-automation solutions using agentic platforms.
- Solid understanding of AWS services, deployment, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, and Python.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and CosmosDB.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted workflows for development and automation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer-focused collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
