Responsibilities
- Manage front-end development for web and mobile applications.
- Develop backend server systems.
- Work with LLM/GenAI prompting and agentic engineering.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers.
- Manage productionization, monitoring, reliability, and measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- At least 1 year of full-stack development experience across backend and frontend codebases.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience with backend languages such as Go, Rust, or Java.
- Preferred: experience with ML model coding languages such as Python.
- Preferred: experience with web or mobile application development.
