Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, performant frontend solutions.
- Use AI coding agents and tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive work.
- Design and maintain reusable AI extensions, custom skills, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
- Develop reusable component libraries, plugins, and shared modules for multiple products.
- Improve developer experience and engineering velocity through tooling, CI/CD pipelines, code generation, and AI-assisted workflow automation.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and improve product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Solid production experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI-powered features, including chat interfaces, LLM integrations, agent orchestration, or conversational UX.
- Familiarity with MCP, custom skill and tool authoring, or AI agent extensibility patterns is a strong plus.
- Understanding of frontend packaging workflows and tools such as npm, webpack, and Git.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve cross-browser rendering and behavior differences.
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship is prioritized.
