Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Define and monitor testing metrics to assess test execution and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated software testing methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for quality assurance.
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
