Responsibilities
- Lead solution feasibility studies, analysis, effort sizing, and complete requirements and solution coverage.
- Serve as a functional subject-matter expert for the Client Experience–Front Office domain and resolve requirement and solution gaps with product architects.
- Lead project implementation through build, testing, and go-live stages.
- Translate and document business requirements into technical solutions and functional requirement specifications.
- Present solutions to stakeholders for review and sign-off.
- Develop and modify code according to business requirements.
- Support testing, bug fixes, production issues, go-live activities, and regional or global projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or banking.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology.
- At least 7 years of experience with the Avaloq core banking platform and understanding of the financial banking industry, particularly wealth management.
- Avaloq certification.
- Experience implementing medium- to large-scale projects.
- Understanding of business products, process flows, and product lifecycles.
- Knowledge of client output, cost, and fee functionality in Avaloq is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, adaptability, and independent-working skills.
