Responsibilities
- Lead architect in professional services engagements for customer onboarding and enablement.
- Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.
- Conduct recipe reviews and advise on testing best practices.
- Perform production readiness assessments and post-live deployment health checks.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
- Act as a Workato evangelist to demonstrate business automation solutions.
- Mentor and train team members on content and knowledge.
- Create content for partner ecosystem coaching on Workato best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience.
- Proven results in overseeing customer success in solution architecture.
- Experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of security and governance for large enterprises.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites up to 25%.
