Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Apply IT service management processes, scripting, and integration techniques.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow platform issues.
- Familiarity with relevant scripting languages and integration techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
