Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications and software modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze existing systems, identify problems and data or reporting requirements, and assist with system design.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Design and develop REST/SOAP and JSON/XML integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server where applicable.
- Work within a team to improve the platform while following software engineering, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Provide software design, development, and quality oversight for complex software systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Three years of web and software development experience.
- Knowledge of software design, software engineering principles, and the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, Java, J2E, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint, System Center Operations Manager, virtualization technologies, and Team Foundation Server.
- Expertise in secure web design and development.
- Ability to communicate requirements, development, and system-level requirements to non-technical personnel.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification is a top-candidate qualification.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, healthcare industry experience, systems integration experience, and BizTalk experience.
- Systems and network administration experience is a valuable plus.
