Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and test packaged software and SaaS products.
- Develop and test new components and enhancements to improve software functionality.
- Use declarative Salesforce features to develop functionality where applicable.
- Provide primary support for application production releases, including deployment plans and schedules.
- Participate independently in discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and software engineering.
- At least two years of experience in Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Preferred: intermediate proficiency in custom application development, JavaScript with jQuery, and software design and solutions.
- Preferred: beginner proficiency in data visualization and user experience design.
