Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and document applications, integrations, tools, systems, and components.
- Develop user interfaces and software using JavaScript, Java, .NET, and other object-oriented and web-related technologies.
- Provide production support for internally developed and third-party applications, processes, and reports.
- Own application incident management, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, software defect correction, and production application validation.
- Assist with software design and maintenance and with complex incident management situations.
- Follow standard troubleshooting and development procedures and the System Development Life Cycle.
Requirements
- Knowledge of and ability to code in JavaScript, Java, .NET, and other object-oriented development languages.
- Experience with web-related technologies, application development, software troubleshooting, production support, and incident management is required by the stated responsibilities.
