Responsibilities
- Improve the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform
- Build and enhance Python services and the GraphQL gateway
- Develop authentication and authorization capabilities using Auth0
- Manage and develop infrastructure with Terraform on Google Cloud
- Build new product features and expand platform capabilities
- Solve problems involving distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
- Ensure products are reliable, well tested, and deployments are stable
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Collaborate with departments across the company on the new customer experience initiative
- Independently drive projects through completion
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional software development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS
- Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including Auth0
- Ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to completion
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong writing skills for contributing to technical documentation
- Commitment to building reliable, well-tested products and stable deployments
