Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, automation, and performance testing for complex software products.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with product requirements and release objectives.
- Identify, document, report, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify acceptance criteria and improve test coverage.
- Execute automation testing and maintain automated test scripts for repeatable software validation.
- Support performance testing by validating system behavior, documenting results, and escalating reliability or scalability issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate testing updates, quality risks, and release-readiness input.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in software quality assurance testing, test planning, defect documentation, cross-functional QA collaboration, Agile software testing, and communicating test results and release risks.
- At least 3 years of experience with automation testing tools, frameworks, or scripting approaches.
- At least 3 years of experience with performance testing processes, tools, or analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred experience includes Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, CI/CD and release pipeline practices, security testing, secure software delivery, and ISTQB or equivalent certification.
