Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, groom and decompose user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in design reviews.
- Develop, configure, debug, and maintain customer-facing web applications and Java Spring Boot services across browser and mobile channels.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated and manual BDD test scripts; manage test data, results, traceability, test plans, and exit reports.
- Create Jenkins jobs, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and support development, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Triage, prioritize, track, report, fix, and close defects while analyzing application issues, root causes, and performance concerns.
- Validate responsive web design and ADA accessibility using NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, CCA, and other accessibility tools.
- Support production releases and go-live technical checkouts, maintain feature documentation, and provide end-to-end subject matter expertise.
- Collaborate with Scrum team members, onshore/offshore teams, upstream and downstream entities, and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot for code generation, refactoring, debugging, unit tests, API scaffolding, Angular components, and Spring Boot boilerplate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, a related STEM field, or comparable work experience.
- 5–8 years of full-stack mobile development and testing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development test automation using Selenium and Cucumber.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development platforms such as OpenShift is preferred.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to take ownership, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, collaborate across teams, and work through the full software development lifecycle.
