Responsibilities

  • Build agent routing, orchestration, and guardrails for industrial decision-making systems.
  • Ship end-to-end production features across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and frontend.
  • Build scalable systems handling large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
  • Work directly with manufacturing planners to identify and deliver workflow improvements.
  • Own features from day one and investigate root causes when reliability matters.

Requirements

  • Prior production experience shipping full-stack software end-to-end.
  • Experience building scalable backend and infrastructure systems for large-scale data.
  • Experience building usable interfaces and technically challenging systems.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions in depth and demonstrate strong product judgment.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Munich and relocate.
