Responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize system issues reported by internal teams or external customers.
- Conduct detailed investigations of live autonomous-system issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Analyze factors affecting productivity, safety, and system performance, including harsh-braking incidents.
- Design and build automation tools for issue triage and analysis.
- Use automation to improve and streamline operational processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and experience with software debugging and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from data and understand complex problems.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Curiosity, persistence, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Bonus: experience with robotics or autonomous-systems projects.
- Bonus: experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS or autonomous vehicle systems.
- Bonus: knowledge of performance analytics or machine learning techniques.
- Bonus: familiarity with data visualization tools.
