Responsibilities

Analyze and prioritize system issues reported by internal teams or external customers.
Conduct detailed investigations of live autonomous-system issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Analyze factors affecting productivity, safety, and system performance, including harsh-braking incidents.
Design and build automation tools for issue triage and analysis.
Use automation to improve and streamline operational processes and workflows.

Proficiency in Python and experience with software debugging and deployment processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from data and understand complex problems.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary teams.
Curiosity, persistence, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Bonus: experience with robotics or autonomous-systems projects.
Bonus: experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS or autonomous vehicle systems.
Bonus: knowledge of performance analytics or machine learning techniques.
Bonus: familiarity with data visualization tools.

4–6 month internship commitment.
