Responsibilities
- Develop backend tasks in .NET, maintain APIs, and assist with system integrations.
- Write clean, testable code and create unit tests with mentor support.
- Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, technical research, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews, internal workshops, and technical demos.
- Analyze bugs and logs and verify AI-generated solutions before implementation.
- Collaborate with experienced developers and contribute to scalable solutions built from scratch.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of C# and willingness to develop within the .NET and ASP.NET Core ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience demonstrated through personal projects, a GitHub profile, or commercial exposure.
- Basic understanding of backend development, Web API, Entity Framework, and databases.
- Working knowledge of Git and the ability to read and improve existing code.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Gemini.
- Understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations, data security, privacy, and the need to verify outputs.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication, independence, curiosity, openness to constructive feedback, and continuous self-development.
- An active GitHub profile or portfolio, basic SQL and database optimization knowledge, and first experience writing unit tests are advantageous.
