Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between CRM, ITSM, ERP, and other internal systems using REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Develop pipelines to move, transform, and synchronize data across platforms.
- Use iPaaS tools such as Make, Zapier, Boomi, and MuleSoft to connect enterprise systems.
- Write documented Python and/or JavaScript code and debug integration and data issues.
- Connect Claude and OpenAI APIs to internal workflows and business applications.
- Build MCP connectors and help design, test, and monitor multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines.
- Write tests, participate in GitHub pull-request reviews, and apply security practices including secret management, input validation, OAuth2 scopes, and least-privilege access.
- Document API contracts, mappings, configurations, and runbooks while contributing to the internal knowledge base.
Requirements
- Technical fundamentals in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth2.
- Basic Git and GitHub skills, including branching, commits, pull requests, and merge-conflict resolution.
- Basic SQL skills and familiarity with cloud platforms or Docker preferred.
- Comfort using AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Basic understanding of LLM concepts including context windows, tool calling, prompt design, hallucination risks, data privacy, and output validation.
- Awareness of API security, authentication and authorization patterns, OAuth2, API keys, JWT, PII, access control, and audit logging.
- Familiarity with Jira, sprint planning, issue management, and collaborative code review.
- Strong analytical, communication, detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-directed working style.
