Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, model development, and implementation of new or revised application systems.
- Monitor and control development phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide user and operational support for applications and consult with business users, clients, and technology groups.
- Analyze complex application development issues, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and help ensure successful system design and functionality.
- Follow essential procedures, define operating standards and processes, and advise or coach junior analysts.
- Assess risk in business decisions and support compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Strong UI design principles and expert Angular UI development skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as CoPilot and Claude Code.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
