Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis and implementation of complex requirements, enhancements, and change initiatives.
- Design and validate frontend architecture, state models, API contracts, backend services, persistence, and microservices.
- Assess correctness, performance, security, maintainability, and delivery impact of solutions.
- Resolve complex implementation questions, manage trade-offs, and address quality findings from reviews and testing.
- Review code, database logic, test coverage, documentation, and technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching while facilitating clarification workshops and managing dependencies.
- Improve engineering standards, process analysis, delivery quality, and team enablement.
Requirements
- Expert capability with Angular, NgRx, RxJS, and TypeScript.
- Expert Java, API, microservices, and persistence design skills.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and coaching experience in complex web-application delivery.
- A strong maintainability and performance mindset.
- Regulated banking domain experience is a plus.
- German language skills are advantageous for workshops, change clarification, and cross-team alignment.
