Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis and implementation of complex requirements, enhancements, and change initiatives.
- Design, implement, and validate Avaloq Script and PL/SQL solutions for correctness, performance, security, maintainability, and delivery impact.
- Resolve complex implementation questions, manage dependencies, and make well-reasoned delivery trade-offs.
- Review code, database logic, test coverage, documentation, and technical designs.
- Facilitate technical clarification workshops and provide coaching, code review, and team enablement.
- Analyze processes and improve engineering standards and delivery quality.
Requirements
- Expert SQL/PLSQL and database design skills with a strong focus on maintainability and performance.
- Expert ABS experience across relevant functional areas, dependencies, integrations, and recurring change patterns.
- Ability to lead technical analysis, solution design, code quality, and delivery-impact assessment for complex changes.
- Regulated banking domain experience is advantageous.
- German language skills are advantageous for workshops, change clarification, and cross-team alignment.
