Responsibilities
- Partner with internal end-users to understand and anticipate feature requirements and engineer efficient solutions.
- Develop and maintain the proprietary software stack using C++, Python, and Java.
- Identify, assess, and deploy open-source and third-party software in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Build and maintain technology supporting trading systems, risk controls, and post-trade operations.
Requirements
- Significant programming experience in one or more of C++, Python, or Java.
- Experience working directly with users or clients to capture requirements and scope solutions.
- Ability to participate in designing complex software systems and select pragmatic technologies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience with trading systems, financial data, low-latency systems, data science, or research-adjacent work is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
