Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and Python applications.
- Integrate diverse data platforms to automate access management and governance.
- Define and track critical Data SLAs/SLOs, implementing proactive alerting and monitoring.
- Collaborate on AI engineering initiatives by prototyping agentic workflows.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Participate in debugging and performance tuning of distributed systems.
- Work across time zones with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with mastery of Python.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, transformation, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong interest or foundational experience in AI/ML systems, including familiarity with LLMs.
- Ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete technical solutions.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks or observability tools is a plus.
- Must work from the Prague, Czech Republic office.
