Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of robust, business-critical Verification systems and support the platform re-architecture.
- Apply governance to solution design, code quality, coding standards, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Own technical solutions from development through production and understand system architecture and configuration across environments.
- Act as a technical escalation point, including outside office hours, and review team adherence and output.
- Produce solution documents, estimate work, and ensure effort is accurately represented and delivered.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and architects to create fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Mentor and coach developers and distribute technical knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- Commercial experience leading development solutions.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, or TypeScript, or comparable technologies.
- Experience mentoring and coaching a team.
- Experience developing high-availability, multi-browser-compatible software and multi-user, service-based systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong documentation skills and high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline, or relevant professional experience.
