Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Implement and support Salesforce Service Cloud investigative case-management functionality, including intake, routing, workflows, queues, approvals, reporting, and service processes.
- Configure and support Salesforce Experience Cloud portals for secure external-user access, engagement, and self-service.
- Own data migration planning, execution, data quality, mapping, governance, and extraction from third-party tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, troubleshoot applications, perform code reviews, and resolve defects.
- Manage the DevSecOps pipeline and follow approved change-control, security, release-management, and compliance processes.
- Create technical documentation, test evidence, release notes, solution designs, configuration workbooks, and user-support materials.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders on requirements, solution design, user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of Salesforce development experience.
- One to three years of strong data migration experience, including extracting data from third-party tools and mapping it into Salesforce objects.
- Experience supporting Salesforce platforms in Department of Defense environments.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications; the position may also require a background investigation and pre-employment drug testing.
- Ability to support security, authorization, compliance, and Authority to Operate activities.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to business and customer stakeholders.
