Responsibilities
- Own feature development from backend services to AI-powered user experiences.
- Turn customer feedback into product improvements through rapid iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and reliability.
- Prioritize tasks and navigate changing requirements autonomously.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of full-stack/frontend engineering experience.
- Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS for polished UIs.
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or a willingness to learn.
- Outcome-driven mindset focused on impact.
- Comfortable collaborating across engineering and product teams.
- Low ego, high energy, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality front-end development work.
- Bonus: prior startup, hacker, or founder experience.
- Eagerness to work in person in NYC full time.
