Base Salary
$240k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance primarily frontend features for Siro’s AI-powered sales platform.
- Own key features end to end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and support.
- Create intuitive, performant interfaces that make AI insights accessible to users.
- Conduct code reviews, document systems, and promote engineering best practices.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Improve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling.
- Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js and REST API design.
- Demonstrated skill in mobile and/or web performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
