Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and customize enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Develop custom C#/.NET plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript functionality, Web API integrations, and PCF controls.
- Extend model-driven apps and develop Power Platform solutions including Power Pages, Power Automate, custom pages, and canvas apps.
- Design and implement integrations with internal and third-party systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL.
- Build scalable, supportable, secure, and event-based integration architectures aligned with Azure best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, lead design workshops and discovery sessions, review solution designs and code, and establish engineering standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and act as a senior technical contact for delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Support estimation, planning, technical governance, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design activities.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and improve development, deployment, testing, and ALM processes.
Requirements
- Strong Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 CE development experience with multiple end-to-end enterprise implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering highly customized Dynamics 365 solutions while remaining involved in development.
- Strong Azure integration and Microsoft cloud experience, including Azure Data Services and integration architecture.
- Experience acting as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant.
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, reviewing code, and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities within Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
- Ability to take ownership of technical delivery, balance pragmatic delivery with sound engineering principles, and operate in complex enterprise environments.
