Responsibilities
- Develop components and integrate services into emergency call-handling systems.
- Build agentic AI-powered automation workflows for DevOps and cybersecurity tasks.
- Integrate AI techniques to improve system evaluation, testing, and observability.
- Develop core product features across real-time pipelines, telephony, backend infrastructure, and product surfaces.
- Set up and configure hardware, software, network devices, and servers.
- Practice testing, code review, observability, and security throughout development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
- Experience with DevOps, networking, AI agents, and programming.
- Programming exposure in Python, C#, C++, Java, or similar languages.
- Relevant coursework, internships, research, or personal projects are accepted in place of production experience.
- Exposure to AI agents, AI pipelines, RAG systems, real-time communications, telephony, automation, CI/CD systems, Linux, Windows, and virtualization is relevant.
- Experience with tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub, and Artifactory is relevant but not required in all areas.
Benefits
- Target base salary is $70,000-$90,000 CAD per year.
