Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, configure, and customize Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Zuora and CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and other business systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Develop Zuora workflows, business rules, custom fields, reports, analytics dashboards, data transformations, migrations, and automated testing frameworks.
- Design scalable solutions for usage-based billing, multi-entity structures, revenue recognition, multi-currency billing, and other complex subscription scenarios.
- Optimize quote-to-cash processes and support Finance, Sales, and Operations requirements.
- Support month-end close, revenue reporting, platform troubleshooting, system monitoring, performance optimization, user training, and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain technical documentation, specifications, process workflows, and system support materials.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing platforms.
- Strong understanding of subscription business models, recurring billing, usage-based pricing, proration, amendments, revenue recognition, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Proficiency with Zuora REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, Zuora Workflow, custom field configurations, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with middleware and system integrations, including MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, API development principles, and Zuora billing, payment, and revenue-recognition settings.
- Knowledge of multi-currency and multi-entity billing scenarios, SaaS or subscription businesses, and accounting standards including ASC 606.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include Zuora Billing or CPQ certifications, Salesforce integration, Zuora Revenue, Zuora Analytics, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and modern development tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
