Software Engineer - MTS
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle execution using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, custom triggers, data modeling, and schema design.
- Build Agentforce agents, custom scripts, and grounded Prompt Builder templates using Data Cloud and CRM data.
- Design REST and SOAP API integrations and develop solutions across Salesforce, Coupa, Workday, and MuleSoft.
- Manage unit testing, user acceptance testing, test plans, test cases, test results, coverage analysis, release readiness, and production support.
- Drive CI/CD deployments, debugging, data validation, scalable DevOps workflows, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, business analysts, release teams, and platform teams on enterprise solutions and technical risks.
- Lead feature design, conduct code reviews, enforce Salesforce governor limits, and mentor junior engineers.
- Use Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation while following security and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing and architecting enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript, supported by solid computer science fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale Salesforce organizations, Flows, APIs, Salesforce security, governor limits, data migration, and MuleSoft integrations.
- Experience configuring Agentforce agents, topics, actions, custom reasoning workflows, and grounded flex and field prompts using Prompt Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, debugging and data validation tools, high-volume transaction processing, production triage, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to deliver enterprise solutions under technical guidance, lead feature design, conduct code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.
