Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance SAP for Utilities CRM applications.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Customize and extend SAP for Utilities CRM functionality for business needs.
- Integrate SAP applications with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP environments.
- Deliver software components on schedule while maintaining quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Monitor and improve existing applications to increase efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in team discussions, provide technical solutions, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within SAP environments.
- Ability to customize and extend SAP for Utilities CRM functionalities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP applications with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
