Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Dataverse data models and Dynamics 365 CRM configurations.
- Configure entities, tables, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and standard business processes.
- Implement business logic using business rules, Power Automate, and C# plugins.
- Extend Dynamics 365 through Dataverse APIs and custom services.
- Manage Power Platform solutions, environments, and deployment pipelines.
- Maintain and extend UI components and plugins.
- Enforce quality standards through unit testing and Playwright automation.
- Provide production support and manage releases and changes.
- Configure data and logic supporting omnichannel and unified routing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications.
- Strong Dynamics 365 and Dataverse configuration experience, including model-driven apps, security, and solution management.
- Experience with Power Automate for user-facing workflows and backend asynchronous processing.
- Development experience with C# plugins and Dataverse APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web resources.
- Knowledge of data modeling, internal business rule design within Dataverse, and Power Platform application lifecycle management.
- Ability to bridge business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
- Copilot Studio and agent configuration knowledge is a plus.
