Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs.
- Build secure and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain AWS-based microservices and serverless solutions.
- Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth, Okta, and JWT.
- Monitor application performance with Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engineering improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Support production applications and drive service reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, B.E./B.Tech, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python basics.
- Proficiency with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, and ECS.
- Working knowledge of Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
- Understanding of API security, OAuth, Okta, and JWTs.
- Test automation skills using Cucumber, including TDD and BDD practices.
- Experience with Java 17, Python 3.9+, and Spring Boot 3.0+.
