Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce platform solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce sharing and security models.
- Configure and automate business processes using Salesforce Flow Automation, custom triggers, and SOQL.
- Design and manage Salesforce data models, including schema optimization, relationships, and migration strategies.
- Develop and maintain Apex web services and asynchronous Apex processes for external integrations.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve advanced technical issues across Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, and drive platform adoption.
- Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform engineering, including experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Advanced Visualforce development skills.
- Strong expertise implementing Salesforce sharing and security models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Automation and SOQL.
- Experience developing Apex triggers, classes, web services, and asynchronous processes.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce schema design and data migration.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, AppExchange solutions, third-party integrations, security and compliance frameworks, Salesforce DX, and version control best practices.
- Desired bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Desired Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certifications.
