Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement Salesforce sharing and security models for data integrity and compliance.
- Configure Salesforce Flow Automation, custom triggers, and SOQL queries.
- Design Salesforce data models, schema relationships, and data migration strategies.
- Develop Apex web services and asynchronous Apex processes for external integrations.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve advanced Salesforce application and integration issues.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform engineering, including enterprise solution design and implementation.
- Expert proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Advanced Visualforce development skills.
- Strong experience implementing Salesforce sharing and security models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Automation, SOQL, Apex triggers, classes, web services, and asynchronous processes.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce schema design and data migration.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance frameworks, Salesforce DX, and version-control best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certifications are desired.
