Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards to ensure solution stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Lead development and implementation of best practices for software quality and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems for performance and reliability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of deployment automation and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in containerized environments.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
