Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems for health challenges.
- Partner with data scientists to create evaluation pipelines and metrics.
- Validate hypotheses using offline datasets and A/B tests.
- Develop and maintain core agentic capabilities with strong observability.
- Own performance, observability, and security monitoring.
- Ensure privacy and security by design.
- Contribute to initiatives shaping Doctolib's AI platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with significant Python experience.
- Understanding of best practices in the software development life cycle.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
- Adaptability to efficient technologies for problem-solving.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
