Responsibilities
- Participate in customer project kick-offs and act as the central technical liaison across customers, regional experts, solution teams, and developers.
- Create WMS/WES/WCS process flowcharts, specifications, simulation scenarios, and development requirements.
- Translate solution designs into development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead technical collaboration with software developers across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
- Oversee and validate Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests.
- Deliver customer training and system handovers.
- Provide hands-on technical escalation support during go-live and resolve critical on-site issues.
- Support implementation-process improvements and lessons-learned activities.
- Help ensure project quality, schedule, and budget while supporting sprint-based development.
- Provide senior technical expertise during sales phases for large-scale and complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree in computer science, systems, software, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution design, technical architecture, or senior consulting, ideally in logistics or industrial automation.
- Experience collaborating with software developers and understanding software architecture across frontend, backend, and cloud structures.
- Knowledge of automation technology, robotics, and software architecture.
- Basic experience with C# full-stack development, .NET, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar databases, GitLab/GitHub, Jira, frontend UI/HMI, and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of connectivity and interfacing technologies and formats including SAP interfaces, OPC-UA, TCP/IP, MQTT, Modbus, JSON, HTML, and XML.
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, PLC, SCADA, and intralogistics processes.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong customer focus, communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel at least 20% for EMEA-wide projects.
