Responsibilities
- Build a robust and scalable internal ads platform with backend and site reliability colleagues.
- Design, build, and scale AdTech solutions serving millions of users.
- Shape Go engineering standards and collaborate through GitHub pull requests and code reviews.
- Apply functional, performance, and other levels of testing to investigate bottlenecks.
- Own critical alerts and business metrics to help services achieve 99.99% availability.
- Deploy frequently to production and experiment with new platform features and approaches.
Requirements
- Solid backend engineering skills with expertise in Go or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling AdTech solutions.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and choose practical, simple solutions without over-engineering.
- Strong ownership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to share knowledge, uphold engineering practices, and work with cross-domain teams and non-technical stakeholders.
