Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery squads to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and execute test plans addressing complex business and technical challenges.
- Build and enhance automated testing frameworks and promote an automation-first approach.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve defects and software failures.
- Optimize test environments and proactively support reliable product releases.
- Identify test data requirements across environments and raise test data dependencies with QA leads.
- Contribute to QA practice improvements, standards, and innovation across FSNI.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to explain integrations and advocate for quality-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with UI and API testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, Cucumber/BDD, or Postman.
- Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Bamboo, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
- Understanding of defect management, software failures, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Previous e-commerce experience is preferred.
