Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze friction points within go-to-market teams.
- Translate vague frustrations into concrete, actionable specifications.
- Evaluate solutions based on scalability and organizational impact.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of high-leverage problems.
- Own the full build cycle from design to deployment and iteration.
- Document and systematize solutions to ensure organizational knowledge.
- Track outcomes to assess usage and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working with or within go-to-market teams.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in deploying AI-assisted workflows and automations.
- Technical literacy to write specifications and evaluate builds.
- Ability to build scalable solutions with future growth in mind.
- Strong prioritization skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between GTM and engineering.
