Senior Data Architect

- Provide technical leadership in technology, software design, and architecture.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software systems that integrate AI/ML models.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Write clean, efficient, and documented code and maintain software quality standards.
- Review and approve technical designs and architectures and improve coding standards and development practices.
- Support product introduction, cost improvements, schedule adherence, problem resolution, and operational efficiency.
- Develop internal tools and processes and promote collaborative team learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 8–12 years of deep technical experience in data engineering, including progression into senior roles overseeing system architecture and operational excellence.
- Strong software engineering expertise and experience as a Senior Engineer.
- Experience with web technologies and version control systems in an industrial context.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, AWS, React, NumPy, Torch, and Sanic.
- Ability to lead teams and work across organizations in a matrix environment.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-analysis, and resolution skills.
